WOW! (an acronym for Wide Open West) is an internet, TV and phone provider. Founded in November 1996 in Denver, Colorado, WOW! currently serves nine states (with more to come), primarily in the deep south and midwest.
Unlike many internet providers, WOW! Cable Internet is completely transparent on its website regarding internet pricing, bundles and packages, fees, charges and more. Internet 1 GIG by WOW! has up to 1,000 Mbps download speeds. It is the best high-speed internet available from WOW! Cable Internet and the best choice for multi-connected users.

In 2019, the American Customer Satisfaction Index had no score listed for WOW! Internet.
WOW! Internet is not accredited with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). However, it does receive an ‘A’ rating. With customers, things are a bit different with WOW! only receiving one star out of nearly 1,000 complaints within the past three years.
