  • If you are moving and you need to transfer your Cox Internet, cable or phone service, you can request a move online. To follow up on your online transfer, dial 1-877-620-2098 Monday through Friday, from 8am to 11pm, on Saturday, from 9am to 7pm, or on Sunday, from 10am to 6pm.
